Emile Henry - BBQ Chicken Roaster

Vertical roaster is great for chicken, small turkeys, and ducks up to ten pounds. Barbeque chicken tastes delicious and stays moist inside and browns beautifully on the outside when baked with this Emile Henry Chicken Baker. The Burgundain clay evenly distributes heat allowing the center of the chicken to cook evenly inside and out. Safe for oven and grill.

Instruction for use

Before using it for the first time, remove all the labels from the product, if necessary using a mild detergent, then clean carefully.

You can use your Plancha directly on the barbeque grill (charcoal or gas), or in the oven.  Our BBQ ceramic is extremely resistant and can reach temperatures up to 500°C/1000°F !

Make sure the charcoal is evenly spread out before putting your Plancha on the grill.

The Plancha is for oven or BBQ use only. Do not use on the stove top or on any other source of direct heat.

Thanks to the highly resistant glaze, you can use metal utensils when cooking without scratching the surface.

When the dish is hot, do not place it in direct contact with anything cold, such as cold water or a cold surface. When you take it out of the oven, place it on a neutral surface, such as a wooden board or cloth.

If, when cleaning it, you find that some residue will not come off, soak it in hot water and white vinegar before placing in the dishwasher.
